After registering and verifying your AFT account, simply complete the following simple steps to start trading.

First Deposit

The initial deposit requirement depends on the account type you choose: Standard or Professional.

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.

  2. Go to the Deposit tab.

  3. Select your preferred payment method.

  4. Follow the instructions to complete your first deposit.

If you open a position before meeting the minimum deposit requirement, the trading platform will display a "Trading Prohibited" error message.

Select a Trading Platform

Below are the trading platforms we offer and how to log in:

  • MetaTrader Desktop Platform: Download and install MetaTrader 5 on your desktop device, then log in with your trading account credentials.

  • MetaTrader 5 Mobile Platform: Download and install MetaTrader 5 on your mobile device, then log in with your trading account credentials.

You cannot use your Client Portal account to log in to the MT5 trading terminal, nor vice versa. After creating a trading account, use the corresponding client: the Client Portal is for fund and order management, while trading accounts are accessed via the MT5 terminal.

Add Your Preferred Instruments

Add any instruments you wish to trade (including forex, commodities, stocks, and indices) to the favorites on your chosen trading platform for easy access later.

In the AFT MetaTrader 5 trading app, go to the Trade tab, select your preferred instruments from the list, or enter the instrument name in the search bar.

On the MetaTrader mobile and desktop platforms, you can add instruments to the Market Watch window.

Calculate Margin

Margin is the funds reserved to open and maintain leveraged positions. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to open and maintain trading positions.

Check Trading Hours

Although AFT supports trading 24 hours a day, five days a week, understanding market hours, instrument trading hours, daylight saving time changes, and daily breaks can simplify your trading.

Please read the following articles to learn about the market hours for each type of instrument:

  • Forex currency pairs trading hours

  • Commodities trading hours

  • Cryptocurrency trading hours

  • Index trading hours

  • Stock trading hours

*You can trade some instruments, such as cryptocurrencies, on weekdays and even weekends.
