The United States of America and its territories, including American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Wake Island, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, as well as Canada and the Vatican.
Clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan are not eligible to generate rewards for partners.
