Why does this happen?

If you see this error on the MetaTrader platform, it may mean:

  • The trading operation you are attempting is not feasible

If you are trading from multiple devices and the operation you attempted has already been executed on another device, this can happen. For example, if you closed an order on the MT4 mobile app and then tried to close the same order on the desktop terminal, you may see this error.

  • The parameter you entered is not allowed

If you manually entered an incorrect value for a parameter, or supplied an incorrect value via an Expert Advisor (EA), this can occur. For example, when placing an order under a certain account type, you may have entered an incorrect trade volume.

How to resolve this issue?

  • To synchronize your trading terminals, please log out of all open terminals and then log back in to each terminal to resolve any connection issues.

  • Check your Expert Advisor (EA) settings to ensure the EA is configured according to each account type’s limitations to avoid errors.

If the problem persists, please create a request in the customer service center for further assistance.
