This article explains the ranking criteria for the live trading competition leaderboard, the impact of withdrawals on rankings, and how customer refunds/withdrawals affect the ranking calculations.

1. Ranking Criteria

  • Ranking Metric
The leaderboard is ordered by “Profit Percentage” from highest to lowest.

  • Profit Percentage Calculation Formula
Profit Percentage = (Ending Balance – Starting Balance – Deposits During Competition) ÷ (Starting Balance + Deposits During Competition) × 100%

    • Starting Balance: Account balance at the start of the competition

    • Deposits During Competition: Funds that the customer added to the account during the competition

    • Ending Balance: Real-time or captured account balance at the leaderboard update time

2. Impact of Withdrawals During the Competition

  1. Withdrawals Allowed at Any Time
During the competition, you can freely withdraw available funds from your account (including profits).

  2. Impact

    • After a withdrawal, your “Ending Balance” decreases, causing the profit percentage to drop.

    • The leaderboard is immediately recalculated and updated based on the new balance. The more you withdraw, the lower your profit percentage, and the lower your ranking.

  3. Example

    • Starting Balance: 100 USD

    • When profit reaches 200 USD and you withdraw 50 USD → Ending Balance = 150 USD

    • Profit Percentage = (150 – 100 – 0) ÷ (100 + 0) × 100% = 50%

3. Ranking Calculation for Customer Refunds/Withdrawals

  • Customer Refunds (e.g., reimbursements of trading fees, bonus credits)
Refunded funds are counted as “Deposits During Competition,” increasing the denominator and reducing the numerator, which lowers the profit percentage.

  • Customer-Initiated Withdrawals
Withdrawals are not counted as “Deposits During Competition,” but directly reduce the “Ending Balance,” also lowering the profit percentage.

  • Unified Calculation Formula

Profit Percentage = (Ending Balance – Starting Balance – Deposits During Competition)
    ÷ (Starting Balance + Deposits During Competition) × 100%

If “Deposits During Competition” = 0, this simplifies to (Ending Balance ÷ Starting Balance – 1) × 100%

Note:
To achieve the best ranking, we recommend minimizing withdrawals during the competition to allow your funds to work through trading. If you have any further questions, please contact our live support.
