1. What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email after registration?
First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, confirm the email address you entered and resend the verification email. If the issue persists, please contact support via Live Chat.
2. Can I open multiple accounts with one email address?
Only one client portal account can be registered per email address. If you wish to create multiple trading accounts, you can add different types of accounts from “My Accounts” after logging in.
3. When can I log in to the portal after completing registration?
You can log in to the portal immediately after completing email verification. If verification is not completed, login will be restricted.
4. Why is KYC (identity verification) necessary?
Based on international regulatory requirements, KYC is an important procedure to ensure account security and prevent money laundering and identity theft. If identity verification is not completed, deposits, trading, and withdrawals cannot be performed.
5. Is facial recognition (face verification) required?
Yes. To enhance security, face verification is required during the KYC review. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your camera and take a real-time facial photo to confirm that it matches your identity documents.
6. Can I deposit or trade if the KYC review has not been completed?
No. If KYC is not completed, you can log in and view information, but you cannot create a trading account, make deposits, or trade.
7. How long does the review take after submitting KYC documents?
The review is usually completed within 1 business day. However, if the documents are unclear, expired, or contain inconsistent information, the review time may be extended.
8. What should I do if the review is sent back for correction?
Log in to the client portal, check the reason under “My Profile → User Information,” and re-upload clear and valid documents. After resubmission, the re-review process will start automatically.
9. After opening an account, when can I start trading?
Once you pass the KYC review, you can immediately create a trading account. After completing your first deposit, you can start trading right away.
10. What if my KYC review hasn’t been approved even after more than one day?
If more than one business day has passed without completion, please check the clarity, issue date, and address information on your submitted documents. You can also inquire about the status via Live Chat or email.
