AFT account protection passwords are divided into several different types.

They include:

  • Personal Area Password
The Personal Area Password is used to log in to your Personal Area.

  • Trading Password
Each trading account in your Personal Area has its own Trading Password, which is used to log in to the account on the trading platform.

  • Read-Only Password
This password restricts permissions after a third party logs into a trading account and prohibits all trading operations. It should not be the same as the Trading Password.

If you forget your password, please refer to our related articles to learn how to recover your AFT password.

Password Requirements

All passwords must include:

  • 8 - 15 characters

  • Uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Numbers, letters, and special characters. Example: eH#z4@H9!

To ensure the security of your AFT account, we strongly recommend setting a highly secure password. Our customer service will never ask you for your password under any circumstances; they will only request a personal identification code to verify account ownership.

For security purposes, the password will not be sent to your email after it is set; please record the password in a safe place.
