What is the Client Feedback & Suggestions Center?
This platform is dedicated to collecting your valuable opinions and suggestions to enhance our services. You can also vote on other users' suggestions, helping us prioritize the most requested improvements.
How to Access the Feedback Center
You can access the Feedback & Suggestions Center directly from your Client Portal:
Log In: Log in to your Client Portal.
Navigate to Help: Click on the question mark icon at the top of the page.
Select Feature Suggestions: Under the Help menu, click on Feature Suggestions.
Submitting Your Suggestion
Follow these steps to submit your valuable feedback:
Enter Your Idea: Type your suggestion (any language is accepted).
Check for Similar Ideas: As you type, the system will automatically display similar existing suggestions below. If you find a similar idea, you can vote for it. If not, click Submit New Suggestion.
Categorize & Elaborate: Select a category from the dropdown menu and optionally provide more detailed explanations. You can also upload images, files, or screenshots to support your idea.
Publish: Click Submit Suggestion to publish your idea.
Tip for Effective Suggestions
The clearest and most concise suggestions tend to gain the most support. Once your idea is published, others can vote for it, helping it rank higher!
Using the Translation Tool
The built-in translation tool allows you to view any suggestion or comment in your preferred language. You can easily toggle this feature on and off.

Browsing Suggestions
After selecting a suggestion category, you can sort ideas by Popular, Top-ranked, and Newest.
You can access the Feedback & Suggestions Center via your Client Portal or the Asia Future Trading Mobile App.
Commenting on Suggestions
Select an Idea: Click on any suggestion.
Enter Comment: Type your comment in the designated field, then click Post Comment.
Commenting Best Practices
We recommend reviewing your comments before submitting. Please use clear, concise language and ensure your contributions are constructive.
Finding Your Suggestions & Settings
On the Feedback & Suggestions Center homepage, click on your profile name/avatar to view all your active suggestions. Click Settings in the dropdown menu to update your personal preferences.
Optimizing Your Suggestions for Impact
To make your suggestions stand out and be more effective, consider the following:
Be Specific: Vague suggestions like "Connectivity needs improvement" are not specific enough. Instead, "Improve network connectivity for traders using VPNs" provides sufficient detail for discussion.
No Personal Information: Suggestions containing personal information about yourself or others will not be published by administrators.
Product/Service Complaints: Product or service complaints requiring customer support will not be considered suggestions. We will redirect such complaints to customer service for assistance.
Uniqueness: Your suggestion should be unique and not overlap with existing or highly-voted ideas. All similar ideas will be integrated into the top-voted idea within its category.
One Idea Per Submission: If you have multiple proposals, please submit them separately. Collecting many ideas lowers the chances that any of them are seen or that the idea itself is voted up.
