Our Official Communication Channels:

  • MetaTrader: Messages sent via the internal mail system within the MetaTrader platform.

  • Phone: Calls from official numbers, which can be verified in the customer service section of your Personal Area.

  • Live Chat: Conversations with our customer service representatives through our official live chat service on our website.

Platforms Our Customer Service Team DOES NOT Use:

Our customer service team will never contact you through the following platforms:

  • ICQ

  • Yahoo Messenger

  • WeChat

  • Telegram

  • Facebook Messenger

Important Email Security Notice:

Any email with a domain that is not @afttmarkets.com or @asiafuturetrading.com is not an official communication from Asia Future Trading, even if the address contains the words "Asia Future Trading". If you receive an email from a suspicious address, please forward the relevant information to [email protected] immediately.

Verification Codes (OTP) and Messaging Services:

Depending on your country/region, verification codes (OTP) may be sent via other messaging services such as WhatsApp or Telegram. These channels are only used for sending secure verification codes and are not for general customer service communication. The Asia Future Trading customer service team will never proactively initiate conversations or ask for your personal information through these channels.
