Please note our official communication channels to protect your AFT account from unauthorized access:

  • Email: Emails sent from addresses ending with @afttmarkets.com

  • MetaTrader: Messages sent via the MetaTrader platform’s internal mail system.

  • Phone: Calls from official numbers, which can be found in the “Customer Service” section of the Client Portal.

  • Online Customer Service: Conversations via the online support chat.

  • Official Website Support

  • WhatsApp Support

  • Telegram Support

Our customer support team will not contact you via the following platforms:

  • ICQ

  • Yahoo Messenger

  • Signal

  • QQ

  • Douyin

This list may not include all platforms. Before interacting with any uncertain or unknown information (especially content containing suspicious links), please contact our support team.

Any email whose domain is not @afttmarkets.com, even if the address contains “AFT,” is not official information sent by AFT.

If you suspect you have fallen victim to a scam, please visit the support center and create a request.
