When our customer service staff need to verify an account, the system automatically generates a unique personal identification code for self-verification. The personal identification code is sent to your primary registered mobile number via SMS or voice message and is valid for 24 hours.

The personal identification code is independent of your security type; regardless of which security type you have configured, the system will send the personal identification code to your registered mobile number.

If you have multiple registered mobile numbers, the system will send the personal identification code to the first registered mobile number.
