When You Can Terminate by Yourself
If you have not yet completed the “Submit Personal Information” step in the AFT standard registration process (after verifying your email and/or phone number), you may terminate your Personal Area by yourself.
How: Navigate to the Security Settings in your Personal Area, or go to Profile Settings in the AFT trading app.
Important Restrictions
Once your AFT Personal Area is terminated, the registered email address can no longer be used to open a new account.
Steps to Terminate (Delete) Your AFT Personal Area
Manage funds and positions: Withdraw your funds and close all open and pending orders.
Submit a written notice: Use your registered email and send the request at least 5 calendar days before the desired termination date to [email protected]. The email must include:
Trading account number
Personal identification code
Reason for closure
Review the terms: Please read the “Termination” section of the Client Agreement.
Termination requests via phone support are not considered written notice.
Notification and confirmation: AFT will reply by email within 5 calendar days with the termination date, and call you to confirm.
If you request termination within 5 calendar days, please specify this in your email. Approval depends on company discretion.
Final confirmation and refund: On the termination date, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your balance will be fully refunded.
If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal requirement of your payment system, please provide an alternative withdrawal method.
Notes During Termination
You will not be able to log in with the terminated account; functionality will be restricted.
You will not be able to open new orders.
The company reserves the right to:
Refuse withdrawals when necessary to close positions or settle obligations.
Merge and offset your account balances.
Convert currencies as needed.
Close all accounts under your name.
