You can view your verification status in your Personal Area. If a document is rejected, you can find detailed explanations.
Once verification documents—Proof of Identity (POI) and/or Proof of Residence (POR)—are submitted, you will receive a corresponding email. When the verification is completed (approved or rejected), you will receive another email.

Incomplete Verification Steps
If you have not yet started the verification process, this status will be displayed. Click “Complete Profile” to begin the verification process.One or More Verification Steps Completed
This status appears after you have verified your phone number, email address, personal information, and completed your financial profile. Please continue to upload your identity and address verification documents.Identity Document Submitted or Approved
After submitting and having your identity document approved, please proceed to upload your address verification document.Identity Document Rejected
Temporary Rejection: The file you uploaded was rejected because it did not meet the requirements. Please upload your document again.
Final Rejection: After ten consecutive failed submissions, you will no longer be able to upload documents. Please contact customer support to continue the verification process.Identity Verified, Address Document Rejected
