What happens?
When you are unable to trade on the MetaTrader platform.
Why does this happen?
The account has been prohibited from any trading.
Logged in to MetaTrader using a read-only password.
Symbol suffix error.
The account has not met the initial deposit requirement.
How to resolve this issue?
If you have logged in with a read-only password, please log out first, then log in with your trading account password and try again.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the Personal Area (PA).
Check whether your AFT account has completed full verification within the 30-day period.
If the account is fully verified, please meet the minimum initial deposit requirement to lift the trading restriction, then retry.
Verify that you are trading the correct symbol suffix.
If the issue persists, please create a request in the customer support center for further assistance.
