As long as there is no request to terminate the account and the company has not decided to close it, your AFT account will remain active. Account termination notices are always sent to the email address registered with your AFT account. To view such notices, please check your inbox promptly.
If you remember your old AFT account password+
If your AFT account is active, you can log in. If your AFT account is inactive, you will receive an error message: “Login or password incorrect. Please check that you have entered the correct information and try again.”
If you do not remember your old AFT account password+
Click the link to reset your password, and enter the email address you registered with. If you receive an “incorrect email address” error, it indicates that the AFT account is inactive.
