What happens?
When accessing your trading account, charts may fail to load and quotes may stall.
Why does this happen?
You may have entered one of the following:
Incorrect login
Incorrect password
Server error
How to resolve this issue?
Check the trading account number in your Personal Area. Click "My Accounts" and your account number will appear next to the MT5 tab, along with a Real or Demo label. Use this number to log in.
When logging in, make sure your trading password is correct. If you have forgotten your trading password, click the gear icon next to the account to reset the password, then select "Change Trading Password" to create a new one. Log in with the new password.
In the Personal Area under "My Accounts," check which server your account uses. Click the gear icon next to the account to bring up the server list and ensure you log in with the correct server.
